The deer (Boulder Amusement Park), now restored, is currently on exhibit at the New England Carousel Museum in Bristol, Connecticut. The antlers are real. Since the publication of Boulder Amusement Park: The Biography of a Carrousel, the author has identified three additional figures from the carrousel.
